Through customized off-sites and regular group coaching sessions, leadership teams increase connection and alignment so the team, and organization as a whole, can execute with speed and clarity. An example of how this works:

    • Initial 1:1 interviews - to understand goals (individual and organizational), what’s working well for the team and where there’s room to grow

    • Facilitated off-sites - extended time for teams to progress on the basics of team forming, norming, storming and performing

    • Facilitated group coaching - supports teams mastering relational skills of feedback and collaboration, while also problem-solving the organization’s top focus areas of the moment

  • Feedback is collected from 8-10 colleagues (up, down, across) and is complied into a comprehensive report highlighting strengths and development areas. Can be used as a kick off for 1:1 coaching or utilized as a one-off service.
